| Billings Selects Carrier Logistics March 10, 2004 — Carrier Logistics Inc., Tarrytown, N.Y., has announced that Billings Freight Systems Inc., an LTL carrier based in Lexington, N.C., has selected the Carrier Logistics FACTS2000 total freight management system. According to announcement, Billings chose FACTS2000 because of its supports expedited freight service. FACTS2000 is based on open architecture and reduces administrative costs for rating, billing and dispatch by automatically assigning the correct freight rates to shipments. The system also provides Billings customers the ability to trace shipments on-line. Billings Freight provides LTL service in the eastern United States, Alabama, Tennessee, Texas, California and Mexico. Carrier Logistics Inc. is a transportation consultant and technology developer.
